ARK RE Investments, LLC owns and manages a diverse portfolio in the Chicagoland area. We focus on of multi-family properties and distressed assets in three core neighborhoods, Rogers Park, Albany Park, and Des Plaines, Illinois. We are vertically integrated with our management company, ARK Management, LLC, and construction company, ARK Construction, LLC. We have a staff of 12 people on our team; and we presently have 600 doors, with a goal to grow our portfolio to over 10,000 apartment units in the Chicagoland area by 2030.

IMRAN KHAN
Imran Khan, a Chicago native, operating sponsor and a seasoned real estate attorney with over a decade of experience in the industry. He built and scaled a highly successful title and escrow company, which was acquired in 2022. Over the years, he has amassed a diverse portfolio, including hundreds of doors, retail centers, and Airbnbs, solidifying his reputation as a strategic investor and operator.
To ensure operational efficiency and cost control, Imran has established an in-house property management, finance and construction company, allowing for a hands-on approach in managing assets and executing value-add projects. His commitment to excellence and community impact drives his vision to contribute meaningfully to the Chicagoland real estate landscape, fostering sustainable growth and long-term value.
